Target in India Expands Bengaluru Campus with New 8.3 Lakh Sq. Ft. Office

New facility brings together 5,700+ team members across a connected campus at Embassy Manyata Business Park

Target in India, the integrated headquarters of Minneapolis-based Target Corporation, has expanded its Bengaluru campus with the opening of a new 8.3 lakh sq. ft. office at Embassy Manyata Business Park. Located across the road from the company’s existing office, the new facility creates a connected campus designed to bring teams together and support collaboration and co-creation.

The expansion brings Target’s Bengaluru workforce of more than 5,700 team members together across the two offices. Target in India has been operating in the country for more than 21 years, delivering technology-powered retail solutions across functions including merchandising, supply chain, fulfilment, stores, cybersecurity, digital and marketing.

Andrea Zimmerman, Senior Vice President and President, Target in India, said “Our office expansion is a reflection of Target’s strategic priority to strengthen our team and the communities in which we operate, and is yet another step towards creating the right environment for our teams to thrive. Our extended campus will bring our 5700+ team members together in new ways, creating more opportunities to connect, collaborate and build solutions that drive growth for Target and help deliver an elevated shopping experience for our guests.”

Workplace Designed for Collaboration

The new 10-floor office combines Target’s brand identity with elements of India’s art and craft heritage. The facility includes 22 collaboration spaces and 25 meeting rooms on every floor, along with a 1,200-seat cafeteria, gym, recreation and play zone, dance and yoga studio, and seven wellness rooms.

The office is designed to provide teams with spaces to meet, connect and collaborate. Together, the new facility and Target’s existing Bengaluru office form an integrated campus intended to support closer collaboration across the company’s teams.
