To address this critical conversation, GCC Pulse, in collaboration with Gloplax, is launching “Daybreak Dialogues”, an exclusive leadership roundtable series designed specifically for GCC leaders. The series will bring together senior decision-makers from GCCs in Bengaluru and Hyderabad for candid, peer-driven discussions on the future of GCC growth.
The inaugural theme, “Right Sizing the GCC: Scaling Without Losing Agility,” reflects one of the most pressing issues facing GCC leaders today. As organizations expand their mandates, headcount, and enterprise responsibilities, leaders are increasingly balancing growth with organizational effectiveness, talent development, governance, and operational agility.
The roundtable will explore practical experiences and perspectives from leaders who are actively navigating these challenges. Discussions will focus on organizational design, operating models, leadership structures, talent strategy, and how GCCs can evolve from capacity centers into strategic growth engines.
Unlike traditional conferences or panel discussions, Daybreak Dialogues is a closed-door, invitation-only forum that encourages meaningful conversations and peer learning. With participation limited to a select group of senior leaders, the format aims to foster openness, collaboration, and actionable insights.
