US-based enterprise work management platform Smartsheet is expanding its Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bengaluru, positioning the hub as a key engine for software development and enterprise AI innovation.
The centre, formally opened in 2025, brings together teams across product management, engineering, UX, IT, security, and customer support to build enterprise-grade work management tools used by global customers.
As part of its next phase of growth, the company plans to hire more than 200 professionals in 2026, focusing on roles such as data scientists, DevSecOps engineers, product managers, and UX designers.
