MKS Inc. has inaugurated state-of-the-art engineering laboratories for its Vacuum Solutions Division (VSD) and Photonics Solutions Division (PSD) at its Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bengaluru, strengthening its engineering and innovation capabilities in India’s semiconductor ecosystem.
The new facilities enhance product development and testing across remote plasma sources, ozone systems, gas analysis, and vacuum measurement technologies, while the photonics lab will focus on next-generation optical and photonic solutions developed in collaboration with global customers.
