US-based enterprise procurement leader JAGGAER has inaugurated its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad, launched by Telangana IT & Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu. The centre will serve as the company’s strategic hub for developing its agentic AI platform, JAI, while also supporting global operations across customer success, software engineering, cloud management, and IT services.
Starting with 180 employees and plans to expand to 500, the GCC will play a critical role in building AI-driven tools, including conversational AI support and procurement copilots, with a long-term vision of developing autonomous procurement systems under human oversight.
