Infosys Launches AI-First GCC Model to Transform Capability Centers into Global Innovation Hubs

Infosys has announced its AI-First GCC Model, a new enterprise offering designed to accelerate the setup, scaling, and transformation of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) into AI-driven engines of innovation. The model integrates Infosys Agentic Foundry, EdgeVerve’s AI Next platform, and Infosys Topaz™ to embed production-grade AI agents across the entire GCC lifecycle—from strategy and setup to sustained operations.

Leveraging its track record of more than 100 GCC engagements, including with Lufthansa Systems, zooplus, and Danske Bank, Infosys aims to address the growing need for AI-led efficiency, faster time-to-market, and scalable talent models. The new GCC model provides fully integrated lifecycle support—covering strategy development, entity setup, recruitment, operational launch, and continuous transformation.
