Nashville-based Fortune 100 healthcare leader HCA Healthcare has inaugurated its first Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, marking a significant milestone in its global innovation journey. Spread across 4.28 lakh sq. ft. and four floors in Raidurg, the facility is backed by a $75 million investment and will employ 3,000 professionals by 2026, starting with 1,300 hires this year.
The new GCC will support multiple lines of business including IT, supply chain, procurement, HR, finance, and accounting, while also advancing AI- and analytics-led capabilities to drive innovation and operational excellence across the company’s 192 hospitals and 2,500 care sites in the U.S. and U.K.
