Guidewire, a global leader in insurance technology for non-life insurers, inaugurated its new office at Prestige Tech Park, Bengaluru. The expansion underscores Guidewire’s strong growth trajectory in India, where over 540 engineers across Bengaluru and Chennai contribute to global product development in cloud platforms, AI-driven underwriting, and data analytics.
The new office was unveiled in the presence of Mohammed Anzy S, Managing Director & VP of Engineering, Guidewire India; Chet Mandair, CIO; and Diego Devalle, Chief Product Development Officer, along with employees, partners, and industry leaders. The launch featured an address by Dr. Pramod Varma, Chief Architect of Aadhaar, who highlighted the importance of secure, scalable, and inclusive technology for India’s digital future. A CXO Roundtable on “Scaling Insurtech for a Changing India” brought together leaders such as B. C. Patnaik, Director of the National Insurance Academy and former LIC MD, to discuss technology, policy, and talent for enabling Insurance for All by 2047.
