Festo, a Germany-based global company specializing in industrial automation technology and technical education, marked 40 years of incorporated operations in India with the inauguration of a 71,000 sq. ft. Global Capability Centre near Electronics City, Bengaluru. The facility, designed to house 600 professionals, will function as a global hub for advanced engineering, digital solutions, software development, data analytics, and process excellence supporting worldwide operations. Festo India currently employs over 1,000 people and works with 25,000 customers and institutional partners, reinforcing India’s role in the company’s global R&D and automation strategy.
