The centres will support DAMAC’s international footprint by driving operational excellence across finance, HR, digital, marketing, sales, commercial functions, projects, and global operations. DSSI is beginning with a multi-phased hiring strategy, targeting 250+ roles in Noida and 100+ in Pune by 2026. The GCC will serve as an innovation-driven hub to accelerate digital adoption, strengthen business performance, and enhance customer-centric delivery across DAMAC’s global markets.
