The merger positions the combined entity as a frontrunner in legal-business consulting, especially for India-based Global Capability Centres (GCCs) seeking AI-readiness, legal tech enablement, and value-driven legal operations. The acquisition also brings Lawmetrik’s proprietary legal frameworks, metrics, and methodologies into Counselect’s fold, helping clients modernize and scale legal and compliance functions across geographies.
