Collabera Signs MoU with Guidance Tamil Nadu to Strengthen the State’s GCC Ecosystem

Global talent and staffing solutions firm Collabera has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Guidance Tamil Nadu, the nodal investment promotion agency of the Government of Tamil Nadu, to collaborate on strengthening the Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem in the state. The partnership aims to support the next phase of GCC growth in India, where factors such as policy clarity, speed of decision-making, talent depth, and ecosystem maturity are increasingly shaping where global enterprises choose to establish new capability centers. Through this collaboration, Collabera and Guidance Tamil Nadu will work to align talent development with the evolving skills requirements of global enterprises, helping build future-ready capability hubs across the state.
