Collabera has launched a Global Capability Center (GCC) Hub in Vadodara, Gujarat, marking the company’s first GCC Hub in a Tier 2 city. The Vadodara center is positioned as a capability hub bringing together delivery, governance, and talent within a single operating model to support enterprises in building, scaling, and transforming operations. The company selected Vadodara citing factors such as talent availability, industrial ecosystem, corridor connectivity aligned with the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor, and lower cost of living compared to larger cities. The launch event on January 25 included leadership interactions, media engagement, and a walkthrough of the facility, with participation from Collabera leadership and industry guests.
