BASF, a Germany-headquartered chemical company and a Fortune Global 500 corporation, plans to open a global Digital Hub in Hyderabad in the first quarter of 2026. The hub will be part of BASF’s Global Digital Services network, alongside existing hubs in Ludwigshafen, Madrid, and Kuala Lumpur, and will deliver standardized digital services to BASF’s businesses worldwide. Operations will be conducted under a new legal entity, BASF Digital Solutions Private Limited, with hiring set to begin immediately. The initiative aligns with BASF’s ongoing digital reorganization, which includes consolidating digital capabilities, standardizing its digital portfolio, and planned workforce and site reductions within Global Digital Services by 2030, subject to regulatory and co-determination requirements.
