DSV strengthens its presence in India with a new consolidated GCC office in Hyderabad

This marks a key development in the consolidation of operations following the integration of Schenker, strengthening DSV’s presence in a key IT talent market

DSV, the global leader in transport and logistics, has inaugurated a new office in Hyderabad, marking an important development in the consolidation of operations for its Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in India.

With an existing office in Noida serving as the India headquarters, Hyderabad is another key location for the organisation’s expansion in India, while also offering access to an established talent market. Consolidating operations across these two locations supports workforce requirements, brings teams together and provides a foundation for future business needs.

The new office is located in the heart of HITEC City. Connected to a metro station via a skywalk and surrounded by landmarks such as The Westin, Inorbit Mall and Skyla Premium Apartments, the office also features amenities such as a recreation area and discussion rooms to support employee interaction and collaboration.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by three senior leaders – Wojciech Rybkowski, Sr. Director of Global IT Capability Centres, Vikas Koul, MD for India IT GCC, and Peter Wanders, Director, Contract Logistics IT. Commenting on the inauguration, the leadership said, “Consolidating our offices into two primary locations has not only helped us in simplifying our office footprint, but to use resources more efficiently and stay close to the talent hubs.”

Ever since the closing of the Schenker acquisition, the motto for DSV has been “Stronger Together” and the new Hyderabad office is another step in the organisation’s goal to bring its people and capabilities together.
