Deloitte India has formed a strategic alliance with EmbarkGCC, an integrated GCC platform, to deliver comprehensive solutions for setting up and scaling Global Capability Centres (GCCs) across India. This partnership will offer global enterprises full-lifecycle support—including strategy, location planning, legal setup, facility and infrastructure, operations, and governance.
With India poised to reach 2,400–5,000 GCCs by 2030, the alliance aims to simplify complexity and accelerate GCC establishment for both large multinationals and the fast-growing mid-market segment, which already operates 480 GCCs in the country.The alliance will focus on delivering integrated support across key areas such as strategy, advisory, setup, infrastructure, operations, and risk & compliance. By combining Deloitte’s strategic expertise with Embark’s on-ground execution capabilities, the partnership aims to build future-proof and scalable GCCs while minimizing execution risk and accelerating outcomes for global enterprises.
