Mphasis has announced a strategic investment in Aokah, acquiring a 26% preferred equity stake through its U.S.-based subsidiary. Aokah is a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) company focused on helping enterprises set up, scale, and optimize next-generation Global Capability Centers (GCCs) using a unique AI-powered execution platform.
With this investment, Mphasis aims to deliver end-to-end, AI-enabled, human-led lifecycle support for enterprises building high-performance GCCs—driving innovation, agility, and long-term business impact.
