With over two decades of experience in human resources, Preeti has held leadership roles at organizations such as HFCL, Conexant, Huawei, Droom, and most recently served as Vice President-HR at Airtel. Her expertise spans performance management, organizational culture building, training, and recruitment strategies. At Adani GCC, she will lead strategic HR initiatives, focusing on building a world-class GCC centered on processes, innovation, and internal talent development.
