Blackbaud Expands Hyderabad Presence with Second Office

Blackbaud, a US-based provider of AI-powered solutions for social impact, has opened its second Hyderabad office in the Financial District. The 45,000-square-foot facility will primarily support Customer Operations, while its existing HITEC City office houses Product Management, Enterprise Technology, Data Engineering and R&D teams. Blackbaud expects its India workforce to continue growing and recently onboarded its first graduate cohort in India, with talent development focused on full-stack development, cloud engineering, customer support, sales operations and AI-enabled capabilities.
