ArcelorMittal Expands Hyderabad GCC Footprint to Over 1.65 Lakh Sq. Ft.

Global steel producer ArcelorMittal has expanded its Global Capability Centre (GCC) footprint in Hyderabad by leasing an additional 82,823 sq. ft. of office space at Kalyani Trident in the Financial District. The new lease, valued at over ₹35 crore, takes the company's total footprint in the building to more than 1.65 lakh sq. ft., following its lease of the 16th floor earlier this year. The expansion builds on ArcelorMittal's growing GCC presence in India, following its approximately 1 lakh sq. ft. office lease at Nalanda SEZ IT Park in Pune in December 2025.
