Alcon Global Services (AGS) India, the Global Capability Centre of the Switzerland-headquartered eye care company Alcon, has inaugurated its second office in Bengaluru. According to leadership posts by Gopal Sharma, Head – Alcon Global Services, and Gemma de Koning, Head of Global Customer Operations, the new office strengthens AGS India's footprint while supporting talent development, innovation, and its growing role as a strategic capability centre serving Alcon's global priorities.
