Accenture Appoints Pradeep Prabhala as India Market Unit Lead

Prabhala joins the company from McKinsey & Company, where he most recently served as Partner and India Sector Leader for Consumer & Retail Industries. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Monitor Deloitte, Monitor Group, and Unilever India. In a LinkedIn post announcing his appointment, Prabhala said businesses are now focused on creating "real, lasting value" from AI, while Accenture's Arundhati Chakraborty, Global Finance and Global Capability Center (GCC) Lead, welcomed him, noting that the growing role of GCCs presents a significant opportunity to drive technology-led innovation and reinvention.
