DePuy Synthes Appoints Nagaraj Bhat as Global Capability Center Site Leader

Nagaraj Bhat has joined DePuy Synthes as Vice President/General Manager and Global Capability Center Site Leader.

Bhat brings more than 33 years of experience in technology, business services and GCC leadership. Before joining DePuy Synthes, he led the India GCC at Cardinal Health, following leadership roles at Baxter International and Applied Materials.

The appointment comes shortly after DePuy Synthes announced plans on August 7, 2026, to establish a new GCC in Bengaluru. The centre is expected to build a team of approximately 500 professionals over the next 18–24 months.
