Julius Baer Leases 74,037 Sq Ft Office Space in Mumbai for GCC Operations

Swiss private banking firm Julius Baer Global Enterprise Services (India) has leased 74,037 sq. ft. of chargeable office space at Waterstones Business Park in Andheri East, Mumbai, for its global capability centre and commercial back-office operations, according to PropNewsTime. The seventh-floor premises have been leased from Sriton Properties for 60 months from May 1, 2026, at a monthly rent of INR 1.55 crore, with total rental outgo reported at INR 102.6 crore over the lease period.
