Boston Scientific Technology and Engineering Services Private Limited, the Indian subsidiary of the U.S.-based medical device company, has leased 1.3 lakh sq ft of office space at Eon West LP II, Tower D, Wakad, Pune. The lease covers two floors with a tenure of 9.5 years, reflecting the company’s continued expansion of its technology and engineering operations in India. The transaction further strengthens Pune’s position as a preferred destination for global healthcare and technology occupiers. The deal also highlights continued demand for premium commercial office spaces in Wakad, one of Pune’s growing business and technology corridors.
