JLL Business Services (JBS) has leased a new 120,000 sq. ft facility in Hyderabad’s Financial District to establish its second strategic GCC hub in India, creating 1,600 skilled roles by Q1 2026 and supporting advanced functions across analytics, tech-enabled services, finance and HR operations, and global business processes.
“This commitment reflects our confidence in India’s exceptional talent pool and Hyderabad’s emergence as a global business center,” said Matthew Rees, Chief Shared Service Center Officer, JLL Business Services. Adding to this, Dheeraj Popli, Head, Global Service Center, India, noted, “India’s emergence as a global innovation hub is powered by the world’s largest pool of STEM talent, with over 2.5 million graduates entering the workforce annually.”
The expansion further strengthens Hyderabad’s position as a leading destination in India’s rapidly growing GCC landscape.
