In a refreshing shift from traditional networking formats, Zyoin Group, in partnership with Urban Vault and Agara Walks & Filter Kaapi, hosted a one-of-a-kind GCC leadership experience at Agara Lake, HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
Titled “All Things GCC: Growth, Conversations & Coffee,” the gathering brought together GCC leaders, founders, and professionals, but more importantly, it brought them together differently.

A New Format for Meaningful Conversations
Built on a simple idea—Walk. Talk. Coffee. The experience moved away from conventional formats.
No stages.
No long panels.
No slide decks.
Instead, participants engaged in “Net-Walking”—a casual walk around Agara Lake where conversations flowed naturally. Without the constraints of structure or hierarchy, interactions felt more open, more honest, and significantly more relevant.
It was a reminder that when you remove formality, people stop performing—and start engaging.
A Fresh Take on Thought Leadership
One of the highlights was a short, high-energy “Standing Panel”, an informal, 15-minute discussion on the future of GCCs and the road to 2030.
Set in an open circle rather than on a stage, the format encouraged participation over presentation. It felt less like a panel speaking to an audience and more like a community exchanging perspectives in real time.
Where Conversations Truly Came Alive
The second half of the morning moved to Urban Vault, where filter kaapi and a traditional South Indian breakfast set the tone for deeper conversations.

This is where the real exchange happened.
Freed from any agenda, discussions moved organically. From hiring challenges and operating models to new ideas, collaborations, and ecosystem insights.
What added an interesting dimension was the presence of participants from outside the GCC ecosystem—startup founders, independent operators, and builders. Their perspectives brought fresh context to the discussions, reinforcing how GCCs today are increasingly interconnected with the broader innovation ecosystem.
Why This Matters for the GCC Community
As the GCC ecosystem matures, the way the community connects still feels anchored in formal, star hotel-based formats—structured, polished, and often predictable. But the reality is, the ecosystem needs informal gatherings as much as formal ones.

Spaces where:
- Conversations are spontaneous, not agenda-led
- Hierarchies fade into the background
- Cross-industry participation is natural, not curated
Meaningful collaboration and often the best ideas don’t emerge from rigid environments.
They emerge in settings where people feel comfortable enough to speak openly, challenge perspectives, and build on each other’s thinking.
This format captured exactly that.
A Glimpse into the Future of Networking
Leaders sharing candidly.
Builders are experimenting with ideas.
Professionals connecting without barriers.
With Bengaluru continuing to lead as a global GCC hub, initiatives like “Agara Walks & Filter Kaapi” signal an important shift—towards more human, authentic, and community-led engagement.
