enGen, the dedicated Global Capability Center (GCC) for a leading U.S. health insurance plan and hospital network, has appointed Manoj Kapoor as its new Chief Executive Officer in India. In this role, Manoj will lead enGen’s operations and expansion as a center of excellence for value delivery, innovation, and client success.
With over three decades of experience in healthcare technology, venture investment, and business transformation, Manoj has previously held senior leadership roles at Providence India, Optum, RoundGlass and others. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Growth & Transformation at Providence India, driving operational transformation and improving patient and caregiver experiences.
