Yum! Brands has appointed Manish Jain to head its Digital & Technology India Global Capability Centre (GCC). Jain will oversee shared services and GCC strategy for Yum!’s global brands, reporting to Chief People Officer James Watts. He brings over two decades of experience in scaling global business services and has previously led roles at Getronics and BT Group.
