Role Overview

The Editorial & Content Associate will support the research, development, and execution of content across written articles, podcasts, and professional social media platforms.

This is an entry-level role designed for candidates seeking to build a long-term career in business journalism, B2B media, or enterprise-focused content. The role involves close collaboration with the Founder and requires intellectual curiosity, writing discipline, and comfort working in a high-feedback environment.

Work Environment

• Full-time, in-office role based in Bengaluru North

• High editorial standards and structured feedback

Preference will be given to candidates residing within a 5-10 km radius of the office location (Hebbal, Bengaluru) due to the in-office nature of the role. This position offers significant hands-on learning and visibility within a specialized business ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Editorial & Research

• Research Global Capability Centers (GCCs), enterprises, and relevant industry trends
• Track ecosystem developments and identify emerging themes within the GCC landscape
• Prepare structured briefs and background notes for CXO interviews and podcast conversations
• Draft long-form articles and other content formats based on research and interviews
• Support the development of industry research reports, sector analyses, and thematic deep-dives
• Assist in drafting and structuring long-form knowledge assets such as e-books and special publications
• Assist in refining and editing content drafts to ensure clarity, structure, and editorial consistency

Content Repurposing & Distribution

• Convert long-form articles into LinkedIn posts
• Support newsletter drafting and formatting

Content Operations

• Maintain the editorial calendar
• Organize transcripts, research notes, and content assets
• Track publishing timelines
• Support website content uploads (training will be provided)

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Business, or related disciplines preferred.

Experience

0–2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with strong writing ability are encouraged to apply.
