BP p.l.c., a London-based multinational integrated energy company and one of the world’s supermajor oil firms, has expanded its India presence through BP Business Solutions India Private Limited with a large office lease at Gera Commerzone R2 in Kharadi, Pune.
The company has taken up approximately 10.4 lakh sq ft of chargeable area across six podium levels and twelve office floors. The lease is signed for a tenure of 10 years (120 months), with an annual rental escalation of 4.5%. The transaction reflects ongoing office leasing activity in Kharadi, a key commercial hub in Pune.
